During my time here at Total Family, your health and wellness has been my utmost priority offering a holistic approach with alternative treatments to traditional medical care. I write this to inform you that as of January 16, 2012, I will no longer be at Total Family Healthcare. I will, however, continue to see patients at the office of Healthy Choice Ob/Gyn, 400 West Woodward Ave., Eustis, FL. I can be reached at 352-483-3730, and welcome you there for continuity of care. My hours at this office are Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

I am actively seeking an alternative practice in Clermont and will inform the staff as soon as I locate an ideal practice for me and my patients.
